Policies and Contract Information

Photography & Marketing Services Policy

All clients agree to the following terms upon booking.

1. Contract

  • Each client will receive a written contract outlining all agreed-upon terms and policies.

  • No trades—all services are paid.

2. Booking & Consultations

  • A consultation is required before booking any shoots to discuss vision, details, and ensure alignment.

  • Booking is done by request only and is subject to availability.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. This deposit goes toward your session total.

  • Shoots will take place within the agreed-upon timeframe. Any additional time beyond the scheduled session will be charged at $75 per hour.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the shoot or consultation will be charged the full session fee.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is canceled without rescheduling.

  • If rescheduling is needed, clients must contact me immediately to arrange a new date.

4. Pre-Shoot Preparation

  • Each client will receive a pre-shoot questionnaire to ensure a smooth session.

  • The questionnaire is mandatory and must be completed before the shoot.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring models, products, and setups are prepared before the shoot. If unprepared, rescheduling will be required.

5. Payment Terms

  • Full photoshoot payments are due on the day of the shoot.

  • No photos or videos will be delivered until payment is received in full.

  • Website & marketing payments require a deposit at the consultation, with the remaining balance based on the contract terms.

  • Pricing is non-negotiable.

  • Payment will be collected via invoice for all services.

6. Delivery Timeframes

  • Photo galleries have a 2-week turnaround.

  • Websites & marketing projects take 3-4 weeks or longer, depending on the scope.

  • Rush orders can be requested for an additional $100 per week rushed.

  • RAW or unedited files will not be provided under any circumstances.

7. Editing & Retouching

  • Any additional edits outside the agreed contract will incur additional fees.

  • Fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on the complexity of the request.

8. Client Communication & Availability

  • Business hours for responses are Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • Work on client projects is scheduled outside of response hours as needed.

  • Response time is 24 hours or less during business hours.

9. Equipment, Location & Travel Fees

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining cleanliness at shoot locations.

  • A $100 travel fee applies to any location outside Pierce County.

  • Locations are typically at the client’s place of business, unless otherwise arranged.

10. Dispute Resolution & Reshoots

  • Disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • If a reshoot is requested, a $200 reshoot fee will apply.

11. Client Expectations & Professional Boundaries

  • Clients must arrive on time for meetings and shoots.

  • Clearly communicate the goals and vision for the project.

  • All work follows the contract agreement—I will not perform tasks outside of the contract.

  • If additional services are needed beyond what is in the contract, we will reassess and adjust the contract accordingly.

By booking, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
